This strength and conditioning program is made for all ages and skill levels. It is held in our new and fully equipped gym!


Reduce the risk of injury and improve strength, power, speed, endurance, and increase performance. 

One time investment of $150. This is administered by a physiotherapist, so benefits can be used under most insurance plans!

Sessions include a warm-up, interval style training, strength training, and a cool down targeting the muscles that are most used during pickleball. Specific modifications are provided by the lead physiotherapist as needed throughout each session.

Bring indoor runners, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
