Pelvic floor physiotherapy includes the assessment and treatment of health concerns related to incontinence, pelvic pain or pressure and any symptoms or dysfunction of this area.
The pelvic floor is a group of muscles that sits at the bottom of your pelvis and plays a large role in the function and support of the bladder, anus, and reproductive organs. Those struggling with incontinence, constipation, pelvic pain, pelvic pressure or pain, groin pain, hip pain, or lumbopelvic pain may benefit from an assessment of their pelvic floor.
Sheridan provides non-internal pelvic health assessment and treatment and is working towards completing her internal pelvic health certification.
