Exercise, Movement and Mobility Programming is a personalized, physiotherapist-designed plan to help you reach your mobility, movement, strength, and performance goals. After a thorough assessment to screen movement patterns and identify areas of limitation or restriction, your licensed physiotherapist creates a tailored movement and exercise roadmap specific to you.
This service is ideal whether you’re new to the gym, returning to exercise, looking to improve mobility, refining technique, or wanting to build strength or accessory work for life or sport. Your therapist will provide as much supervision, guidance, and education as you need to feel confident and supported in your program.
The Nova Punch Pass is a way to continue building strength and staying active in our on‑site gym, an extension of your physiotherapy care. It can be used during treatment to support your program (especially if you don’t have access to equipment at home), as well as afterward to maintain progress, build strength, and work toward long-term movement goals.
