Can anyone use the gym?
Nope! It’s available only to Nova clients.
Do I have to do my rehab program?
You can follow your rehab plan, a general fitness routine, or both.
Is someone watching me?
Not continuously, but staff are always nearby during clinic hours.
Can I just drop in to workout at the gym?
Nope! Sessions must be booked in advance which can be done over the phone, online, or in person.
Why do I need an assessment first?
To ensure your health, goals, and exercise tolerance are safe for independent activity.

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and indoor shoes are required for gym use.
Is this a claimable income tax benefit?
No. The punch pass cannot be claimed as a physiotherapy service.
Can you submit this under my benefits?
