Treatment We Provide

Our focus is on active, exercise-based care that builds strength, improves function, and helps you move safely and confidently.

Sessions may include:

  • Education on how to move and understand your body better
  • Coaching and cueing to improve movement patterns and technique
  • Instruction on how to safely use gym and rehab equipment
  • Guided movement, mobility and exercise therapy tailored to your goals
  • Progressions to build strength, control, and confidence over time

Types of Care We Offer

Exercise, Movement and Mobility Programming is bookable as an in-person 1 hour session. We find most people benefit from hands-on cueing and using our space during the initial appointment to learn proper technique and build confidence with their program. 

Follow-up reviews and coaching can then be completed in-person which allows you to access and be guided through exercise using our on-site gym equipment or online for added convenience and support with your home based equipment.
