Types of Care We Offer
Nova offers in-person care, hybrid care, and virtual care options to fit your needs and lifestyle. In-person care takes place at our clinic and is ideal for hands-on assessment, treatment, and guided exercise support. Hybrid care combines in-person and virtual visits, allowing flexibility for treatment, check-ins, and ongoing progress. Fully virtual care allows all appointments to be completed online or over the phone, making it ideal for those unable to attend the clinic. In-home care takes place at your residence (see our in-home services page for more information). You can move between options as needed to keep your care flexible, accessible, and consistent.
Your first appointment or if you have a new area of focus, will be booked as an Initial Assessment. These appointments are about 50 minutes in length and allow time for a thorough evaluation and personalized treatment plan. Follow-up Treatment appointments are typically 30 minutes in length to provide quality one-on-one care and focused, individualized treatment. 1 hour follow ups are available if you would like more time with your therapist or have more than one area of focus.
