  • Do I feel tension or pain in my jaw, face, or temples?
  • Does my jaw click, pop, or feel like it gets stuck?
  • Do I clench or grind my teeth, especially during stress or sleep?
  • Do I get frequent headaches, neck pain, or ear discomfort?
  • Do I breathe through my mouth?
  • Do I wake up with a dry mouth or wake up frequently through the night?
  • When I am resting, does my tongue stay at the bottom of my mouth?
  • Do I struggle to control food in my mouth or fatigue with eating?
