- Leaking, pressure, or discomfort related to pelvic health concerns
- Difficulty recovering after injury, surgery, pregnancy, or prolonged inactivity
- Dizziness when shopping in a store
- Motion sickness Pain or fatigue with eating, difficulty swallowing water or food, mouth breathing
- Uncertainty about safe exercises for your body
