  • Struggling to return to exercise, sport, or your usual activity level
  • Neck or back pain
  • Numbness or tingling
  • Discomfort with sitting, driving, or desk work for long periods
  • Pain with walking, stairs, or prolonged standing
  • Leaking, pressure, or discomfort related to pelvic health concerns
  • Difficulty recovering after injury, surgery, pregnancy, or prolonged inactivity
  • Dizziness when shopping in a store
  • Motion sickness Pain or fatigue with eating, difficulty swallowing water or food, mouth breathing
  • Uncertainty about safe exercises for your body
