Types of Care We Offer
In-person Care
Kara offers in-person care at our clinic in Warman, Saskatchewan. Our clinic is fully accessible, with features designed to ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience for individuals of all mobility levels.
Virtual care
This is ideal for individuals who are unable to attend in-person and can schedule all appointments virtually. Kara is able to treat anyone within Saskatchewan virtually.
Hybrid care
Your treatment can include a combination of virtual and in-person appointments. This allows us to adapt your care to your needs using in-person visits when hands-on assessment or treatment is helpful, and virtual sessions for convenience, check-ins, and ongoing progress when symptoms or location prevents you from being at our clinic.
You can move between fully virtual care, hybrid care, or one-off virtual appointments depending on your needs, allowing your treatment to stay flexible, accessible, and consistent no matter your circumstances.
Alternative Treatment Lengths
If you’re living with a chronic condition, symptoms often don’t fit neatly into a single issue or body part. Pain, fatigue, weakness, and mobility challenges can overlap and addressing them properly takes time. Longer appointments allow for a more comprehensive approach, including assessment, treatment, education, and pacing strategies within the same visit.
60-minute sessions are ideal if you:
- Have multiple areas of concern
- Are managing a chronic or complex condition
- Benefit from a slower, more paced approach to treatment
- Want time for deeper discussion, education, and planning
30-minute sessions may be appropriate for:
- Follow-up visits
- More focused treatment of a single issue
- Check-ins and progression of an existing plan
Care is tailored to your needs, and appointment length can be adjusted over time. The goal is to give you enough space to be heard, understood, and supported without feeling rushed.
