Do I need a referral for chiropractic care?
No referral is needed. You can book directly with us. If your physician or healthcare provider has referred you, they are welcome to send us a referral.
What happens during a chiropractic session?
Your session will include a thorough assessment, followed by hands-on treatment and movement-based strategies tailored to your needs.
Will I receive an adjustment?
Adjustments may be part of your care, but not always. Treatment is always based on your comfort level and what is most appropriate for your body and goals. If you are not comfortable receiving manipulation this does not need to be a part of your care. Dr. Julie will talk through all treatment options with you.
Is chiropractic care safe?
Chiropractic care is considered safe when performed by a licensed professional. We always prioritize your comfort, preferences, and goals throughout treatment.
Can this be billed under acupunture?
No. Dr. Julie uses acupuncture as a trained modality and is not registered as an acupuncturist. For this reason, treatments with acupunture will still be billed under “chiropractic” for insurance purposes.
Do you offer direct billing?
No. Direct billing is not offered for chiropractic services at this time.
Can I receive chiropractic for workplace injuries and motor vehicle accidents?
Yes. Dr. Julie is able to provide care for workplace injuries and motor vehicle accidents and can complete any necessary paperwork.
